Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Guest

• Free Cancellation: If cancelled 24–48 hours before check-in, no charges (customize as needed).

• Late Cancellation: If cancelled within 24 hours, 1-night charge will apply.

• No Show: Full booking amount will be charged.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

• Refunds will be made through the original payment method.

• Transaction charges (if any) may be deducted.

3. Modification of Booking

• Changes in booking dates are subject to availability.

• Rate differences may apply.

4. Cancellation by Hotel

In rare cases, if the hotel cancels a booking due to unavoidable circumstances:

• Full refund will be provided

• Alternative accommodation may be offered (if possible)

5. Peak Season / Special Dates

• During peak season, festivals, or special events, strict cancellation policies may apply.

• Advance payments may be non-refundable.
